President
Kate Terricciano
Kate, an award-winning entrepreneur, is the founder, owner and president of Image Marketing. A successful marketing and public relations strategist, national public speaker, and philanthropic leader, Kate started the company in 2007 after leading multiple marketing teams for national brands including General Motors, Marriott, and CocoKey Water Resorts. In her career, she has negotiated multi-million dollar contracts with entities such as Radio City Music Hall, the NY Jets, Lincoln Center and many more.

Under her leadership, Image Marketing has been one of the most sought-after lifestyle marketing agencies in New England for the last ten years, consistently cited as an industry leader by such entities as the Hartford Business Journal and Connecticut Magazine. The firm celebrated its 15th anniversary in March 2022, and has been named a Top 25 Advertising and Public Relations agency in Connecticut every year since 2011. Kate was honored as one of Connecticut’s “40 Under Forty” winners in the Hartford Business Journal in 2011, and again by Connecticut Magazine in 2016. She has been featured in numerous articles on marketing entrepreneurship and regularly makes TV appearances for her clients. She also serves on many boards and charities that are near and dear to her.
Kate attended Clark University, where she studied American Government and Organizational Communications.

Katherine Bolas

As Vice President Katherine oversees all client relationships, leading strategy development and supporting the agency’s daily operations. With over ten years of experience in retail real estate marketing, she keeps a finger on the pulse of the latest industry developments to provide savvy leadership to both our clients and the Image Marketing team. Katherine also makes regular appearances on local TV on behalf of our clients to discuss current retail industry trends. A graduate of Fordham University, she resides in Southington with her husband and daughter.
Fun Fact: As part of an internship with a beauty company in London, Katherine once personally delivered the Queen’s favorite pink lipstick to her at Buckingham Palace.
Elizabeth Zigmont

Elizabeth joined Image Marketing in 2021, overseeing marketing, event planning, social media, and PR for key accounts. She previously worked in shopping center marketing at Westfarms and as the Marketing Director at Blue Back Square. After a stint in media sales at NBC CT, she returned to her true passion for marketing. Elizabeth, a Providence College graduate, lives in Southington with her husband Michael and two daughters, Isabella and Natalie.
Fun Fact: Elizabeth organized multiple events, including a mall wedding with free rings, dress, tuxedo, reception, registry gifts, and a live performance by Natasha Bedingfield.
Christine ‘Tine’ Stec

Christine, aka Tine, has experience on both the client and agency sides of things. From orthopedics to national retail and cheeseburgerså, she’s marketed it all. She brings her wide range of skills and experiences to our clients as their day-to-day contact for all things strategy and social media. She currently resides in Wallingford with her husband, two young children, Dylan and Cecilia, and cat, Rita.
Fun Fact: Tine has managed to find herself accidentally cast in three commercials: 2 TRUTH commercials, and one car wax commercial for ESPN.
Hannah Kirsch

Hannah joined the Image team in 2022. She comes from a wide array of experiences including customer service, marketing, and billing. She loves working with people, is incredibly organized, and is never without a smile on her face. In her current role as office manager, no day looks the same and that is how Hannah prefers it. From organizing company procedures, reaching out to clients, creating invoices, and everything HR, she is ready to tackle any challenge the company throws her way.
Fun Fact: In 2019 Hannah and her husband Aric drove across country for a 3.5 month adventure. They stayed in various states and explored as many National Parks as they could. Yellowstone was their absolute favorite.
Raegan Moore

Raegan joined the Image Marketing team as a Marketing Account Coordinator in the fall of 2024. A 2024 graduate of the University of Tampa with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, she developed a strong foundation in digital marketing during her internship, where she honed her skills in content creation, social media, SEO, and email marketing. At Image Marketing, Raegan supports the Centennial team by combining her expertise in social media strategy with account coordination to drive success.
In her free time, Raegan enjoys spending time with her family and embraces her competitive side during board game nights.
Fun Fact: Raegan’s favorite song is “Dreams” by Fleetwood Mac.
David Beers

David leads the charge of maintaining our client content across digital platforms, from websites to digital advertising campaigns. Having spent more than 10 years working within various marketing functions for Westfield/URW, he brings over a decade of diverse experience in retail real estate marketing to his role at Image. Having contributed to numerous successful national marketing programs and spearheaded the oversight and management of content for over 25 shopping mall websites nationwide, David honed his expertise and passion for the world of digital marketing. He is an expert in CMS systems and holds various certifications in Google Skill Shop, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, and more.
Fun Fact: David is obsessed with meeting celebrities and is never shy to approach them or ask for a picture. His favorite celebrity he met was Terrell Owens.
Natalie Amici

Natalie joined the Image Marketing team as a Marketing Account Coordinator in the spring of 2026. A May 2025 graduate of Quinnipiac University, she earned her B.A. in Public Relations and Media Studies with a minor in Social Media Strategy. Natalie brings hands-on experience in content creation, copywriting, reporting, media relations, and digital marketing. At Image Marketing, she supports the Centennial team's public relations and social media strategies to elevate brand presence.
Fun fact: In her free time, Natalie loves trying coffee shops and restaurants across Connecticut and vlogging her experiences on social media. She has a goal of trying every independently-owned coffee shop in the state.
Sophie Hayes

Sophie joined the Image Marketing team the fall of 2023 as Marketing Account Coordinator! She graduated in 2022 with her undergraduate degree in Public Relations and then was able to earn her masters degree in Public Relations only one year later. She has experience in social media, event planning, rebranding, crisis communications, and other client facing work. She is Elizabeth's right hand and handles both Evergreen Walk and Blue Back Square. She comes from Simsbury, CT where she lives with her older sister. Sophie always has energy and loves spending as much time outside as she can.
Fun Fact: When not in the office, Sophie is always with her rescue dog Winston (named after her favorite show New Girl) who has her walking almost 4 miles every day.
Loring Casarotto

Loring got his start working as an intern for NBC Connecticut and Valassis Communications. After graduating from Central Connecticut State University he set his sights on agency life, joining the Image team in 2019. He currently resides in Bristol with his wife, Alli. Now he aids Ross on all aspects of our clients’ creative needs whether that’s a rebranding, a full-scale creative campaign, or even something as simple as a social post
Fun Fact: Loring and his wife are big supporter of animal rescues, and share their home with 4 cats and 2 dogs.
AJ Alibrio

AJ, specializes in video production but his abilities span all across lens-based digital art. He’s worked on a wide range of projects including short films, music videos, and real estate media bringing a unique perspective to Image Marketing’s in-house production team. AJ has a love for adventure sports and can be found snowboarding, wakeboarding, or cliff jumping with friends in his free time.
Fun fact: AJ competed in digital media competitions in Nashville, TN and Seattle, WA leading his team to win Best Spot Feature and Best Sports Segment as the director of his broadcast journalism program at the Student Television Network convention.

Jeffrey Fraser

Jeffrey Fraser, Co-Founder and Managing Partner at C2 Marketing, leverages vast expertise in propelling business growth and digital advancement. Formerly as Senior VP of Business Development at PlaceWise Americas, he revolutionized shopping experiences through digital solutions. Fraser provides advisory services to various organizations in diverse sectors and has pioneered wireless services worldwide. Fraser graduated Magna Cum Laude in International Relations from Boston University.
Fun Fact: In the mid-1990’s, Jeff made appearances on a Taiwanese game show called “Around the world”.
